摘要：中小企业在国民经济中占据了相当大的比重，创造了大量的就业机会和技术创新成果。它是技术创新的重要源泉之一，在技术创新方面发挥着重要的作用。本文主要介绍了中小企业技术创新的主要类型以及研究与开发活动，政府对中小企业技术创新的作用和影响、中国中小企业技术创新的现状，还有绿色技术创新。
Summary: Small and medium-sized enterprises have occupied sizable proportion in national economy, having created a large number of employment opportunities and technological innovation achievement. It is one of the important sources of technological innovation, playing an important role in technological innovation.
